SOUNDING off on the airwaves at the weekend were 33 scouts from different troops who took part in the "Jamboree On Air" at Giant's Seat campsite.
The annual event sees them contacting as many scouts from across the world via radio.
"We managed to radio more than 60 troops, including some in Denmark, Holland, Germany, Portugal, Malta and Greece," said John Parrish, leader of the 9th Radcliffe Scouts.

Besides their on-air activities the scouts also took part in a night-time "funky mushroom" hunt armed with torches, mallet-throwing, football and a campfire circle.
