RECORDS are set to tumble at Stainton Park on Saturday as Chester City come to town with a place in the FA Cup first round proper at stake.
Boro are expecting a record-breaking attendance to roar them on to the first round for only the second time in their history.
And even if the fans aren't smiling come the final whistle, the bank manager certainly will!
For the club stand to earn £30,000 from prize money and gate receipts just for progressing this far and a win on Saturday will mean Boro will ride the crest of a financial wave as £20,000 prize money is guaranteed before gate money is counted and banked.
In one of the biggest games in their history, Kevin Glendon's men are injury and suspension free following the return of Scott Wilson; in contrast to their visitors.
Chester lost their influential skipper Jimmy Kelly to a knee operation last week and ex-Liverpool star Steve Harkness is also out with a knee problem.
However, star defender Steve Guyett returns to the heart of the defence to renew his partnership with Phil Bolland after injury problems.
City are flying high at the top of the Conference but have suffered a slight wobble of late and are looking to boost their promotion charge with a money-spinning cup run after being knocked out of the LDV Vans trophy by Plymouth Argyle on Tuesday night.
Former England defender Mark Wright is looking to steer his side back into the league and is hoping to pair nine-goal Ryan Sugden with last season's Conference top-scorer Daryl Clare in the next few days - signs of the club's high ambitions.
This is a fact not lost on Boro boss Glendon: "I'm delighted we drew Chester because they are such a great club with a great manager and will be a good test for our players.
"Some of our lads have played more league games than some of the Chester team and others have designs on breaking into the league. This is a chance for them to impress.
"It is a massive game for Radcliffe and because of this we kept it in Radcliffe. We could have quite easily switched it to the Deva and maybe got more money but we hope people in the town appreciate the enormity of the game and come to sample the atmosphere.
"It's amazing that we are ninety minutes away from reaching the First Round of the FA Cup for the second time in three years, having never progressed so far in the preceding 50.
"We showed we can step up a level with our performance at Colwyn Bay and hopefully the players can do themselves justice," Glendon added.
TICKETS for the game are priced £8 for adults and £4 for concessions and have be selling at a staggering rate.
Around 700 Chester fans are expected to make the trip to Stainton Park and Boro supporters should note tickets will be on sale at the club from 12 noon to 8pm today.
If any are left tomorrow they will be sold up at the ground up to kick-off time, however there will be no cash through-the-turnstile entry.
