A CHARITY shop has been given a colourful revamp in celebration of its organisation's Diamond Jubilee.
The Haslingden Oxfam shop, which raises money to tackle poverty throughout the world, has been in operation for 19 years. And the charity is proudly celebrating its 60th Birthday this month.
Greta Wilding, treasurer of the branch in Deardensgate, said: "The shop has had a complete refit, with new shelving, new front counter, painted inside and out and a new sign at the front.
"The revamp was certainly needed and it couldn't have come at a better time to help us with our birthday celebrations."
