JIM Bowen: Should he go? Yes, without a doubt.
Most days on the Radio Lancashire morning programme Jim Bowen goes close to the mark with some of his comments about other people, particularly personalities.
It was only a matter of time before he stepped over the mark and I find it amazing that he did not know what the words in question meant in this day and age.
There is a lot to be admired about the past standards of the BBC but nothing to be said about someone trying to be funny by being personal about others, unless you consider being above reprimand.
I feel that for once justice has been done by accepting his resignation.
