A TEENAGER involved in an altercation in which another man suffered a black eye has been given 40 hours community punishment.
Daniel Stott, 18, punched Shaun Harrison after they met in the street in Stacksteads, Burnley Crown Court heard.
Stott, of Acre View, Stacksteads, admitted assault causing actual bodily harm.
Judge Raymond Bennett said he was sentencing Stott on the basis of one punch.
