AWARD-winning Burnley brewer Moorhouse's played host to more than 50 real ale enthusiasts to celebrate this year's beer festival successes -- including Best Beer in Show for their Pride of Pendle bitter at the recent Fleetwood festival.
The visit to the brewery earlier this month was arranged by CAMRA's (Campaign for Real Ale) West Pennine region and followed a meeting of the national executive at the Sparrow Hawk Hotel in Burnley.
David Grant, Moorhouse's general manager, said: "We were delighted to entertain the CAMRA national executive and their West Pennine members.
"It was terrific that Pride of Pendle took the top award at the Fleetwood festival and the brewery visit gave us a chance to let them sample all our beers."
