BLACKBURN College's Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply course has gained the highest marks in the country.
And 44-year-old student Linda Young was top of the class.
Linda, who works at the Department of Work and Pensions Contract Management Team in Preston, achieved three distinctions.
College programme leader, Reg Dyson, said: "The results were amazing. Our of the 28 exams taken, the students achieved eight distinctions, 15 credits and five passes.
"Linda has a demanding job, but worked hard on her course to obtain excellent results."
