IF you have seen the matchbox-sized L'espion camera, then take at look at its bigger brother.
The Epsilon (www.digitaldreamco.com) looks more like a proper camera, has a range of features and costs about £100.
The standard camera features eight megabytes of memory and allows you to take pictures at three different sizes.
There's a small and decently bright viewscreen on the back of the camera for checking what your photos look like, and for accessing the options menus.
Overall it is a very simple, usable little camera which takes pretty good pictures considering the low price.
What lets the Epsilon down is its craftsmanship as it has a flimsy plastic case and the door to the battery compartment is very weak.
If you're looking for a very cheap digital camera that takes reasonable pictures, the Epsilon is worth taking a look at.
