LOCAL body builder Kevin Alder is on his way to the World Championships after being crowned British EPS Champion last weekend.
Kevin, of Manor Road in Astley, has been body building for 17 years and is no stranger to titles, having come second in the European Championships in Italy, won the NABBA UK Championships, and more locally the recent Mr Wigan Contest.
The 38-year-old is now aiming for a place in the top six of the World Championships, being held next month.
