A WOMAN smashed a hotel door after she was thrown out of the premises, a court was told.
Burnley Magistrates heard how Laura Jayne Whillock, 20, told police she could not remember much about what happened.
Whillock, of Leopold Street, Colne, admitted damage and was given an 18-hour attendance centre order. She must also pay £200 compensation but the bench made no order for costs.
The court was told the defendant, who was barred from the Henley Hotel, Colne, turned up and was asked to leave.
She said she was not going anywhere but was put in a bear hug by a doorman. Whillock then kicked the glass in the front door until it smashed and walked off.
She was not arrested as it took a couple of months to track her down. When she was spoken to by police, the defendant said she couldn't remember much.
Whillock, who was not represented, told the court she did it because she was a "bit wound up, " and "drunk really."
