A PUB in Accrington has announced a new line-up of live entertainment it hopes will put it on the map as the town's most prominent live music venue.
The Adelphi Hotel, on Avenue Parade, has booked two bands a week in November and a special Christmas and New Year line-up to raise some festive cheer.
The November line-up includes: Stir Crazy on Friday November 8, Johnny Friendlies on Saturday November 9, Cairo Shrine on Friday November 15, Reform on November 16, Celtic Cross on November 22, Black Moss on November 23, The Pleasers on November 29 and the Straw Dogs on November 30.
The Christmas Gig List includes: Malc and Co on Christmas Eve, Slack Babbath on November 27, Ronnie 'Razorback' Gibson and the King Bees on December 28, State of Quo on December 29, In Ya Face on December 30 and TFL on New Years Eve.
