I'VE never seen an episode of Emmerdale, but I turned on for Corrie on Monday and the face filling the screen was that of former Athertonian Dave Dutton.
The ex-Leigh journalist turned actor who has seven different roles in the Street on his CV, was playing the part of Mr Skip.
Why is it when there's someone you know on the box the programme immediately becomes fascinating? I'll have to tune in again now.
