BURY FC's commercial department have come up with a superb Christmas gift that any Shakers fan would be delighted with.
To commemorate the centenary of the club's record 6-0 FA Cup final victory over Derby County in April 1903 miniature portraits of 16 of the most popular players in their history have been commissioned.
Complete with the caricatures is a photograph of that famous cup winning side and the whole ensemble (actual size 66cm x 43cm) is tastefully mounted and framed.
Priced at only £47.50 there is sure to be a rush for the limited edition prints and they can be obtained at the commercial office Gigg Lane or by ringing 0161-705 2144.
Among the 'Golden Greats' on the print are former Shakers goalkeeper John Forrest, a magnificent servant to the club during his many years as a player, and whose son Martyn is now a Gigg Lane first team favourite.
John (right), who is now on the Shakers' coaching staff, is pictured with the impressive print along with commercial boss Peter Young.
