REGARDING your article in The Citizen October 21 'Fresh Life for Halls?', you have surely got your facts seriously wrong.
The Worden Hall to which you refer, and the subject of your photograph, is NOT in the grounds of the old ROF site. It is in Leyland.
The main hall was destroyed by fire many years ago, but a thriving theatre/arts and craft centre, not to mention the HQ of the CPRE occupy the outbuildings/stables. These buildings are certainly NOT in 'poor condition.'
The Worden Hall to which you refer is also known as 'Old Worden' and that IS on the old ROF site, along with Buckshaw Hall.
Both Worden (formerly Shaw Hall) and Old Worden were owned and occupied by the Farington family.
