THE Ramsbottom Royal British Legion branch will be leaving the club in Central Street tomorrow at 10.30pm.
Members will be parading down Bridge Street before assembling in St Paul's Memorial Gardens for the two minutes silence and the laying of wreaths to honour the war heros.
A church service will then be held in St Paul's Church and the day will see the Dunkirk Veterans' Association parade for the last time. Due to the passage of time many members have sadly passed on.
Members will parade down to the railway level crossing area and will march back to return to the Legion for 12.15pm.
The standards and escorts from Ramsbottom British Legion will then make their way to Stubbins were they will meet their counterparts from Haslingden and Rawtenstall. A service will then take place for the fallen at 12.30pm.
