BLACKBURN: Blackburn Cathedral at 9.30am. Service of Remembrance followed by Civic Parade, leaving King William Street at 10.25am to the Gardens of Remembrance in Corporation Park.

DARWEN: St Peter's Church at 2.30pm. Service of Remembrance followed by wreath laying at the War Memorial, in Bold Venture Park.

HODDLESDEN: St Paul's Church at 10.45am. Service of Remembrance followed by wreath laying at the Hoddlesden War Memorial. Two minutes silence at 11am.

ALTHAM: Service at St James Church at 10am followed by act of remembrance at the war memorial.

CHURCH: Assemble at 10.30am in Bank Street. Parade departs at 10.40am down Henry Street, Buckingham Grove, and Riding Barn Street for service and wreath laying at 11am. After the service the parade will be dismissed.

CLAYTON-LE-MOORS: Assemble at 9.20am at Civic Hall, Pickup Street. Procession starts at 9.40am down Whalley Road, Sparth Road and Grange Street. After the 10am service at All Saints Church, the parade will march to the war memorial in Mercer Park for a short service and wreath laying at approximately 11am.

GREAT HARWOOD: Assemble at Town Gate at 10.15am. Parade leaves for war memorial at 10.30am, and at 10.50am the service and wreath laying will take place followed by silence at 11am. After the service the parade will return to the town hall, Town Gate, for dismissal. These arrangements differ from previous years.

OSWALDTWISTLE: Assemble at 2pm in Thwaites Street. Parade leaves at 2.10pm and proceeds via York Street, Union Road, John Street, Heys Lane, Catlow Hall Street, and Rhyddings Street to the war memorial for a combined service and laying of wreaths at 2.30pm. At the end of the service the parade will turn right into Union Road to Haworth Street, down Catlow Hall Street, and Rhyddings Street, finishing at Oswaldtwistle Conservative Club.

HUNCOAT: Assemble at 2.10pm at the White Lion, Higher Gate, Huncoat, with procession going from the pub to the war memorial for wreath laying at 2.30pm.

RISHTON : Assemble at 10am at the library. Parade leaves at 10.10am for 10.30am service at the Parish Church of St Peter and St Paul, followed by parade to the war memorial for a short service at 11.45am. After the service the parade will return to the library for dismissal.

BAXENDEN : 3pm service at St John's Church.

Ribble Valley:

SABDEN: St Nicholas' Church at 9.30am. Laying of wreath at War Memorial.

WHALLEY: St Mary's Parish Church at 10.30am. Service of Remembrance.

BILLINGTON: Cenotaph at 2.40pm.

A short service will also be held at a Garden of Remembrance outside Darwen Town Hall today at 11am, followed by wreath laying at the Boer War Memorial, at Belgrave Square.
