SOMEONE in the Blackpool and Fylde area is unwittingly sitting on a fortune.

There's a lucky £102,320 prizewinner in the resort who has not yet put in a claim

And National Lottery operator Camelot is urging the area's Lotto players to have a good sort through their old tickets.

The ticket for the unclaimed windfall matched five numbers plus the bonus ball and was bought for the main Lotto draw on Tuesday, December 24.

The numbers are 4, 8, 9,19, 32 and 46 with a bonus number of 17.

Camelot regional centre manager, Adrian Mann, is ready and waiting to present a cheque to the winning ticket holder.

"Someone in the Blackpool area could be jetting off to the Caribbean or the South Pacific for their summer holiday this year," he says.

"The winner may have been doing some last-minute Christmas shopping and the ticket could have got mixed up with their receipts.

"Lotto players should double check their purses and wallets, pockets of their winter coats, under sofa cushions, handbags, kitchen drawers, anywhere they may have put the ticket."

The prizewinner has until June 22 this year to make a claim, after which time the outstanding scoop would be added to the staggering £517.7 million already passed to good causes from all National Lottery games, as designated by parliament.
