A VOLUNTARY support group aims to help disabled young people reach for the stars.
Wigan and Leigh Scope has organised a seminar to discover their hopes and dreams for the future.
Wigan Council's scrutiny committee has asked the group to discover the opinions of youngsters with all disabilities on the move from school life into adulthood, and how they have found the process.
It wants to hear from pupils who will leave school in the next five years, and their families, and those who have left in the past 10 years.
They are asked to attend the event on February 10 at Lowton Civic Hall from 10.30am to 2.30pm.
A Scope spokesman said: "We are trying to trace as many people as we can to find out about their experiences. We want to know about the process of transition .
"All the information will be collated for a report which will be presented to the committee at the end of the month."
Places can be booked on 01942 513053.
