A BURY man accused of destroying two car tyres and a car door panel in Heywood has been cleared.
David O'Halloran, aged 26, of Grassington Drive, had denied the charge of causing £250 damage last November.
The case had been adjourned by Rochdale magistrates for a trial, but magistrates dismissed the charge in the absence of a prosecution witness.
