BACUP will look to extend their lead at the top of the NWCL second division when they travel to fellow title contenders Stone Dominoes tomorrow.
It is a big game for Brent Peters' side, who will also meet Stone in the semi-finals of the Second Division Trophy.
"The game will go a long way toward deciding the title because we have to play them twice.
"If we win it puts more space between us so it's important to get a result. If we get a draw that's good but a win would be excellent and we are going down there with a good attitude.
"I think they'll be worried about us, we're not worried about them.
"I said at the start of the season Stone were the other fancied side and I'm not going to change my opinion.
"I would like it to be us and Padiham that go up, though, but my prediction at the start was Stone and at the moment I am being proved right.
"If we want to win the Trophy we have to beat the best. And if we want to win the league we have to do that too."
Stone have played less games than Bacup and Padiham so could encounter a fixture pile-up in April, the final month of the season. But there should be no such problems for Bacup.
"We only have four games to play in April," said Peters.
"The Nelson game got called off in midweek so that is another one but Stone have got a few to play and it can get difficult. So it's important to keep getting these games in."
