WHAT sort of of person destroys a floral tribute? On January 27, Holocaust memorial Day, at noon, I left some flowers and a big yellow star at the town's Holocaust Memorial in memory of Anne Frank and other victims of Nazi persecution.
My flowers didn't last. A friend told me that before 3pm they had been torn from their wrappings and thrown about. No other tribute had been touched.
Who is it in Burnley who cannot bear that the truth about the Nazi is told?
Over the last few years things become got worse in Burnley. There is far more intolerance and I don't think it is either Burnley's Muslims or the much-blamed asylum seekers who are responsible.
