WELL, well, would you 'Adam and Eve' it? Local vicar the Rev. Kevin Logan seeks to promote the teaching of creationism in the classroom (LET, February 4).
Perhaps he should go the whole hog and campaign for the 'Theory of a flat Earth' to be given a sympathetic slant in geography lessons.
Or how about the 'Earth-centric universe' idea to be resurrected to its Spanish Inquisition-era heyday?
The Reverend goes on to cite the belief in evolution as a cause of society's behavioural problems. Perhaps he should look a little closer to home for one ingredient of the 'Jungle Law' he implies...does the phrase 'An eye for an eye' ring any bells, Mr Logan?
