RAMSBOTTOM writer Louise Jones has been shortlisted for the Short Story Awards 2002 which will be announced at the New Cavendish Club in London on February 20.
Louise, 40, is the facilitator for Salford Women Writers.
She has taught piano and keyboard for 23 years and is currently studying for a degree in English and creative writing.
Her story, Song Of The River, is already one of 10 regional and category winners which have been selected for the final and the chance of the first prize of £2,500.
