A TRADER has put out an appeal for help to find the owner of land next to his business.
Graham Waywell, of Romers Hifi, Great Harwood, said he wants to trace the owner of the plot next to his electrical dealership in Lomax Street so he can carry out renovation work.
The address of the plot is 1 Greaves Street and Graham said he wants to spruce up the plot and maybe put a bench on the site.
He is worried about carrying out any work without the owner's permission because it could be classed as trespass.
Graham said: "All we want to do is tidy up the land but our attempts at finding the owners has drawn a blank.
"We've tried contacting the council and Groundwork East Lancashire, who are also keen to regenerate the land, but they couldn't help us trace the owners, so we're appealing for help."
