MEMBERS of the public are invited to help shape the future of the local health service.
Bury Primary Care Trust (PCT) is holding two consultation evenings to plan the delivery of health services over the next three years. The Local Delivery Plan has to be in place by the end of March.
Mr Stephen Mills, director of finance and commissioning for the PCT, said: "The PCT is currently considering service plans and requirements for the next three years to feed into the Local Delivery Planning process.
"The Local Delivery Plan allows the PCT to plan the delivery of services for the people of Bury for the medium term rather than the short term."
The public is invited to the consultations. The first is on Monday, February 17, in Radcliffe Civic Suite, starting at 6.30pm, and the second on Wednesday, February 19, in the Peel Room, Bury Town Hall, also starting at 6.30pm.
