LEYTON ORIENT manager Paul Brush rates Bury the best side in the division, but that was no consolation to Shakers boss Andy Preece who saw his side again fail to impress on their home patch.
Bury dominated the match and though not at their best, still created enough chances to have won comfortably.
As it was the O's stole the points with an 88th minute sucker punch delivered by John Martin.
Preece commented: "It's very disappointing, we weren't anywhere near our best but still we must have had 10 or 11 chances, not half chances but good ones.
"If you don't take your chances then you are always likely to suffer and we did.
"Even so, we have gone up a place in the table, there are 15 games to go and we are in fourth spot, so we still have a good chance of automatic promotion and there is no need for any doom and gloom."
