Applications are now being invited for the Blackburn community midweek SUMMER SEVEN-A-SIDE LEAGUE.

Matches will be played during weekdays between 8pm to 10pm at Witton Park Astro Turf. The Summer League is very popular with local clubs and they are asked to hurry to get their applications in. I wonder what Baba Zaman's will change their name to this season.

The LANCASHIRE CONNECTING COMMUNITIES sponsored by Blackburn Police (formerly the Hawthorns League) is now accepting application's for seven-a-side league for under 9s,10s,11s,12s,13s and 14s. These matches will be played on Witton Astro Turf on Sundays.

Applications are also needed for the school year - for years 9 and 10 and year 11 and first year college. These games will be played on grass pitches at Witton Park's Showfield ground on weekends for both leagues.

The WITTON SENIOR SOCCER 11-a-side will be taking place again in the months of June to August. Matches will be played on Sunday afternoons between 1pm to 5pm.
