SINGER, raconteur, stage and screen actor Bernard Wrigley is Leigh Folk Club's guest from 8pm on Friday, February 28 in the concert room at Leigh Conservative Club.
On the night tickets will be on sale for Joe's Night -- Calico's fund-raising event in memory of Joe Roberts -- being held on March 22 at Leigh St Joseph's Hall. Calico, The Bram Taylor Band, Woodend and Pennygate will appear in aid of Wigan and Leigh Hospice and the Heart Foundation Fund. Tickets cost £6 (also available from 01942 604603/674868).
