TWO pickpockets robbed a man of his wallet and watch as he lay unconscious on the floor after an epileptic fit.
Police today appealed for information to the catch the two thieves behind the crime, which took place during Thursday morning's rush hour. Details of the victim have not been released.
He was on his way to Oswaldtwistle and Church railway station, walking along Market Street, at 8.30am on Thursday.
As he approached the steps at the railway station, he suffered a fit and collapsed.
The two teenagers came up to him, opened his jacket and stole his wallet. They also took his watch from his wrist.
They are described as white males, both aged 14 or 15 and about 5ft 5in tall.
One of them was wearing a white bobble hat and the other had fair hair.
