A DJ has offered a cash reward for help in reuniting him with his CD collection, which was stolen when his house was broken into.
Kirk Bullen, 20, was gutted when he returned from football on Wednesday evening to discover the collection, which took five years to build up and is worth £2,000, had been taken.
Other equipment, including microphones and headphones were also stolen from the house in Lynwood Road, Blackburn.
And Kirk's girlfriend Nicolette Worswick was devastated to realise her £500 diamond engagement ring was snatched too.
Kirk and Nicolette have a four-year-old son, Tyler, and 23-year-old Nicolette is expecting their second child.
Kirk, who also works part-time as a refuse collector for an agency, said: "We have just found out she is pregnant again and I am worried that this shock will effect the baby.
"Nicolette hasn't stopped crying since it happened.
"I set up on my own three months ago after three years with an agency and my diary is absolutely full of bookings for the next six months. I was absolutely gutted when I realised what had happened. It is horrible for all of us."
Kirk says he can earn more in a night working as a DJ than he can in a week with his second job and the money is crucial with a young family.
Without his 400 plus CDs, which are mainly double albums, he cannot keep the appointments he has already made for weddings, christenings and birthdays.
He said: "If anyone knows who did this or has seen someone trying to sell the CDs I would ask them to please call the police. That collection is my livelihood and I want it back."
Police confirmed that a burglary had been reported at Kirk's address around 6pm on Wednesday.
Kirk has offered a cash reward has been offered for any information given to the police which leads to the arrest of the person responsible.
Anyone with information should call Blackburn police on 01254 51212.
