BACUP manager Brent Peters won't be taking anything for granted when his side entertain Cheadle Town tonight.
Bacup have already put 11 goals past the mid-table NWC Second Division outfit in two previous meetings. But Peters says that will make Cheadle even more determined to get one over on the championship hopefuls tonight (kick-off 7.45pm).
"If we go out there thinking about beating them 6-1 last time, then we're in danger of getting a rude awakening," said Peters, who collected 100 seats donated by Manchester United from Old Trafford ahead of the game.
"They will be up for it, they'll scrap and battle.
"They've made a couple of signings since we last played them and they beat Stone Dominoes last week and Vauxhall Motors not so long ago.
"So they'll be coming here with no fear."
Peters, who has a full squad to choose from, added that they were looking for an immediate comeback from Saturday's 2-0 defeat against Darwen.
"I was disappointed with the lack of quality my lads showed on Saturday," he said.
"While credit must go to Darwen, we didn't have the guile to break them down, so it's important to get back on track tonight."
