SECURICOR officers who went a house with a curfew order found it empty.
Burnley magistrates were told a BT engineer arrived at the property in Basil Street, Colne, to put in a phone line for electronic tagging, but found no windows or doors intact.
The whereabouts of Emma Cryer, 20, were not known. Cryer had been given a six month order, between the hours of 1.30pm until 5pm, Mondays to Fridays, last November.
The defendant, who had been given the order for theft and failing to surrender, was accused of two allegations of breaching it. The justices issued a warrant without bail.
