POLICE have appealed for information about a burglary of nearly £1,500 of building materials and machinery from a shop under renovation.
It happened at 185 Whalley Road, Clayton-le-Moors between 3.30pm on Saturday, February 22, and 5.30am on Tuesday, February 25.
Thieves broke into the rear of the shop and made off with items including a Baxi combi boiler worth £500, a Makita circular saw, eight brass door handles, boiler fittings, various tools, a Craft cordless drill , 110v transformer and three extension lights.
