MUSICALLY-minded pupils from a dozen local primary schools will be kings and queens of the Castle this weekend.
For Bury's Castle Leisure Centre is the venue for the popular annual Children of Bury Sing event on Saturday night.
Each will perform their own selection of music and there will also be a massed choir piece when the children will sing in unison.
Children of Bury Sing, which has been staged annually in the borough since 1998, is organised by the Wigan-based Vivace Charitable Trust.
The primary schools which will be performing are: Chapelfield; Christ Church, Ainsworth; East Ward; Fairfield; Gorsefield; Holcombe Brook; Park View; Radcliffe Hall; St John's, Bury; St Marie's; St Mary's, Hawkshaw and St Stephen's.
