PUPILS were all kitted out in the latest sportswear at St Michael's CofE Primary School, Grimsargh, after receiving £1,000 worth of tracksuits.
The lucky children at the Preston Road school were given shirts, shorts and socks for playing hockey, football and athletics.
They secured the equipment from Redrow Homes who invested in the school as part of their work within the community.
Janet Butterworth, head teacher at St Michael's, said: "Redrow's generous donation is vital to us because the school budget doesn't allow for new sports kits and as a school we are trying to develop sport and raise its profile."
