THE lady who complained about being called cock by a sister at Blackburn Infirmary has been suffering from panic attacks (LET, March 4) but has she stopped to think about the consequences of her action?
How many needed resources has this complaint taken and how has the ordeal that the sister has had to endure affected her and her work?
I would like to thank the NHS for all the care and attention that I and my family have received over the years and the cheerful, warm and friendly approach that all the medical staff have provided.
Let's aid the NHS, not pull it apart by making extra work for administrators or managers with frivolous complaints. Has this complaint made the NHS better? I don't think so -- it has just heightened tension on staff.
