LEIGH Miners Rangers U11s and Golborne overcame heavy conditions to produce an exciting game that went Rangers way by 18-6.
After good work by the Golborne pack, the visitors scored under the posts for a 6-0 lead. Just before half time good work by Keenan and Myers, Odgen went in at the corner and Myers added the goal for 6-6.
With defences on top, Myers stepped out of a tackle to score under the posts, Sutton goaling. Right on time the ball was moved out wide and Kenny to race 50 yards. McCabe goaled.
