SOROPTIMISTS in Great Harwood and Rishton have joined forces with the A Cappella Singers to put on a concert to raise money for the North West Air Ambulance.
And organisers are inviting anyone who has ever had to be treated by air ambulance crews to attend the concert free of charge. The performance entitled Flight of Fancy takes place in St Peter and Paul's Church in Rishton on April 12 at 7.30pm.
Martin Sales of the A Cappella Singers said: "We are anxious to find any members of the public who have unfortunately had to use the services of the Air Ambulance and would like to attend the concert."
Admission, which include refreshments and a programme, is £5 with £4 for concessions and children under 12 are free.
