I'M getting these phone calls from someone I used to know no matter what I do, she won't stop ringing.
I have never even had any sort of relationship with this girl and she sends me cards and even phones my home. I have changed the home number and my mobile twice but it doesn't make any difference as somehow she seems to get hold of the new one. I even get calls in the middle of the night. She sends me messages on my mobile so I know it's her. It's beyond a joke.
My family thinks I am up to something. I come from a strict family and this is causing me so much embarrassment. I'm thinking of going to her house with my dad to see her parents.
I have threatened her and for a couple of days there is no contact but then she's back harassing me again.
I've read on these pages about women getting hassled by guys so I thought you could tell me what to do.

MASSI SAYS,
You tell us little about how you ended up meeting this girl. If you didn't have a relationship did you lead her on? If so in what way. Have you told her exactly how much aggravation she is causing you? If what you say is true in your letter I suggest you go and see a solicitor and seek some legal advice. It seems like your only option.
Going to the house of this girl with an elder member of your family might cause more harm than good. And threatening her isn't really the answer because if she wanted to give up she would have done so by now.
You say in your letter you have changed your numbers twice and the phone calls haven't stopped. Somebody you know must be giving her your number. Sometimes people who do these things make a habit of it and begin to believe they will sooner or later cause you to 'fall' for them.
