RADCLIFFE Borough's promotion hopes took a knock when they could only draw at lowly Kidsgrove.
A difficult pitch did not help but it was the sending off of Richard Battersby for dissent after 33 minutes that really blunted Borough's efforts.
Borough should have taken the lead midway through the first half but Neil Hardy headed over from close range.
Borough pushed forward after the break and man of the match Barrie Keeling hit the bar with a long raking cross.
Danny Hurst pulled off several fine saves but it was Borough who were pushing for the winner despite being reduced to ten men.
