IAN Thomas Leatherd was jailed for four months by Blackburn magistrates after admitting a Christmas Day crash in someone else's car .
The court heard that he crashed into three parked cars at a time when he was a disqualified driver and over the drink drive limit.
Leatherd, 18, of Bolton Road, Blackburn, pleaded guilty to taking a car without consent aggravated by causing damage, driving with excess alcohol and while disqualified and theft of property from a car.
Charges of dangerous driving and burglary were withdrawn.
As well as being jailed Leatherd was banned from driving for two years.
Ian Huggan, defending, said his client sometimes found it hard to say no and was easily influenced by his friends.
