A BLACKBURN pub has been nominated as the town's best local community pub.
The Hole House Inn, on Burnley Road, was put forward by its company Pub Estates to compete with other nominated pubs in the chain across the country.
The were nominated for their work in the community raising money, running numerous sports teams and involving its customers with their work.
Landlord and lady Howard and Sue Cooke will attend a special award ceremony in Chorley later this year.
