TWO thieves who pretended they were buyers stole a £30,500 BMW after the owner had taken them on a test drive.
The men visited Longsight Road, Langho, after seeing the vehicle advertised in Auto Trader.
After the test drive, the men jumped into the silver BMW 325 saloon, registration MA52 AOL, and drove off at speed while the owner was distracted.
The first thief was said to be white, in his late 20s, 5ft10in tall, of medium build with short-cropped fair hair and was clean shaven.
He was wearing a black three-quarter length jacket and blue jeans.
The other was described as white, in his late 20s, 5ft10in tall, of slim build with short cropped blonde hair, clean shaven and had a Liverpool accent. He was wearing fawn trousers and jumper.
The incident happened on March 8 at 6.15pm. Call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 with information.
