LEIGH Miners Rangers U12's marched into the final of the North West Counties Shield competition with a convincing victory over Leigh East.
Miners never looked liked losing this one. They led at half time by 16-0 with two tries cloming from S Marsh and one from Nicholson. Youds converted two.
In the second half Rangers continued their dominance with S Marsh completing a hat trick and Youds converting to make the final score 22-0.
