A 20-YEAR-OLD Blackburn man was ordered to pay £200 compensation to a special constable who dislocated a finger while arresting him.

Daniel John Parker, of Roman Road, pleaded guilty to Blackburn magistrates to being drunk and disorderly.

He was also ordered to pay £55 costs and made subject to a conditional discharge for 12 months.

Tom Snape, prosecuting, said police on duty in Blackburn town centre early in the morning saw Parker shouting at a female and then push another girl.
