SUCCESS is certainly in the pipeline for a local design and corporate identity consultants.
Prestwich firm Appleby Bowers are toasting an enviable account gain after being commissioned by global plumbing and building giant Wolseley Centers to conduct a comprehensive re-branding exercise.
The far-reaching assignment assesses the corporate identities of more than a dozen sub brand companies, such as Plumb Center and Build Center that form part of an £8 billion global empire.

Bernie Bowers, managing director of Appleby Bowers, is turning back the clock almost 20 years to mastermind the project, having worked on the original design scheme in the mid-1980s.
He explained: "I worked on the initial corporate identity in 1985 and then conducted a ten-year review exercise.
"This new business represents a major coup for us, having fought off competition from several major London agencies. I am delighted to continue our long association with such a prestigious international client."
The Prestwich company specialise in high profile design projects and service a diverse range of clients, both home and abroad, such as award-winning coach holiday operator Wallace Arnold and Europe's biggest vending machine manufacturer, N&W Global Vending.
Mr Bowers concluded: "The tap and trowel icons have created huge awareness within the marketplace, sol careful consideration has to be given to any design changes."
