TEENAGER Hannah Greenough will be showing off her culinary skills for a celebrity panel, including top chef Gary Rhodes, when she takes part in the National Junior Chef of the Year competition.
Hannah, 15, a pupil at St Wilfrid's High School, Blackburn, will travel to Furnett College in Kent on April 17.
She will compete against six others hoping to impress the judges with a menu of stuffed chicken breast with sun dried tomatoes, quinell of olive mash in Madeira sauce, and roasted root vegetables with asparagus.
For dessert she will serve apple crumble souffle with apple and almond basket, and Lancashire cream cheese ice cream.
