IT'S about time Mr Kaiserman (Your Letters, March 7) stopped living in the past and started basing his arguments on what's happening in the world today.
Yes, what Hitler did was an atrocity but Mr Kaiserman can't keep using that argument against the BNP. Does anyone really think that the BNP are going to commit genocide or conduct any of the other atrocities of the Nazis?
Until somebody presents some evidence against the BNP that is relevant today, then as a legal, democratic party they will get my support. Times have changed. More than 73 per cent in a recent survey said they wanted asylum stopped completely, and more than a million responded to the Sun newspaper's "Stop Asylum" campaign.
I feel sorry for genuine refugees, but the illegal asylum-seekers and economic migrants overshadow their just claims.
