REGARDING the outcry over the British National Party banners in Burnley (LET, April 2), if I remember rightly, there was a large Vote Labour banner in a front garden in Briercliffe Road, which came out at every election for several years.
Is that not the same as the BNP banners on the chimney?
I think it's another case of double standards for the Labour party or of "Do what I say, not what I do."
