IT was a case of deja-vu for Pendle Panthers after another star player was drafted in to the England under 21s set-up.
Just like Sarah Dixon had done four weeks previous, stand-off Andrea Dobson was the latest Panther to impress watching Great Britain coach Jackie Sheldon while on county duty.
Dobson lined up alongside fellow Panthers Danni Simpson, Heather King and Debbie Dewhurst as Lancashire Ladies beat Great Britain students 22-6
The 16-year-old was named player of the match, scoring one try and having a hand in several of the others.
Coach Steve Swann said: "Andrea really stamped her authority on the match. It was really a case of deja-vu as, just like Sarah had done a few weeks ago, she impressed Jackie Sheldon and was taken to one side after the match and asked if she wanted to join up with the Great Britain squad."
Meanwhile, Sarah Dixon had a quiet match in her first game for Great Britain under 21s as the national side beat Lancashire 32-24 in a hard fought contest.
